Reveal Sciences CareType™ Analysis System (CTS) is now available on a mobile platform providing clients a seamless interface to view and track their custom results and recommendations and stay in touch with their personal skincare professional.

Retail & Industry Application:

As a companion to the salon & spa based CTS, Reveal has developed a low-cost mobile version of the CTS platform that leverages existing state-of-the-art third party devices. This mobile CTS enables skin care professionals and cosmetic and beauty sales personnel to engage consumers and potential clients by providing rapid point-of-sale skin analysis results at retail counters and kiosks. The handheld skin analysis device is a compact optical imaging and analysis unit that accepts the standard disposable CTS test strip format.

Once a sample is acquired using the disposable sampling strips the test data and image are collected and relayed to Reveal Sciences’ CareType server. Proprietary software algorithms then analyze the image and associated data and send results back to the user in a matter of moments. Like the CTS professional spa and esthetician model, the results consist of the enhanced skin analysis and customer-specific product recommendations in a compact, user-friendly format.
