Peter has a successful twenty-five year track record that includes leading, financing, growing and creating enterprise value of entrepreneurial software and medical technology companies.  He was Founder and CEO of eProsper, Inc. (acquired by Silicon Valley Bank), VP and CFO of Endotex Interventional Systems, Inc. (acquired by Boston Scientific), Visiting Entrepreneur at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and is currently an advisor to several emerging technology companies.  Peter has a broad and deep network of prominent entrepreneurs, industry contacts, institutional and individual investors, attorneys, investment and commercial bankers and other resources critical to the success of high-growth companies.  Peter holds a MBA from The Wharton School.
